Dictation is done using a hand held digital recorder or a call -in system using any touch-tone telephone ( Toll free number). A total software controlled dictation system.
1. Dial into our (toll free number ) system from any telephone, any time of the day or night.
2. Enter critical data related to who you are, who your patient is and where you are dictating from.
3. Dictate your reports. The reports will automatically go to our Server. We will access it, transcribe the same. You can retrieve the documents from our site in less than 24 hours of TAT.
If you are like the majority of your colleagues who favor the mobility of a hand held recorder, you can continue to use that. Once your dictation is complete for the day, you or one of your staff plugs the unit into a serial port on your office computer with the cable provided. The files are then encrypted and transferred to our Server automatically.
Within hours of receiving your dictation our skilled personnel will process this into letter-perfect text.
The completed reports which are 128 bit SSL encrypted to our site from where you can log on and get your document.
